In most cases the update takes a minute and is done from inside the program. If anything is unclear, contact support.
Local installation? The server must be updated before a new client can be downloaded. Server updates are normally done by Delacroy staff — you are notified when the server is ready.
Balthzar Client
Desktop client for administrators and planners
Start Balthzar Client and log in.
Select Administration – Update in the menu.
Select Download. The latest version is installed and the program restarts when ready.
Bzx21
Operator touch client on the factory floor
When a new version is enabled, Bzx21 shows a popup on the screen.
Confirm the popup. The new version is loaded automatically.
Check the version number on the start screen if you want to verify the update.
Balthzar Dashboard
Wallboard and visualisation displays
Start Balthzar Dashboard.
Press Ctrl + M to open the menu.
Select Download latest version. The program restarts — the version number is shown at the top left.
Manual download
When automatic update is not possible — for example on Citrix or terminal-server installations — download the latest client manually.
