Installation

Requirements and setup for cloud and local installations. A standard installation is running within a day.

RECOMMENDED

Cloud installation

Delacroy hosts and operates the server. You install only the signal collector and the clients.

  • No server hardware or maintenance on site
  • Updates and backups handled by Delacroy
  • Encrypted connection from the factory to the cloud
ON-PREM

Local installation

The full system runs on your own servers. All data stays inside the factory network.

  • Windows Server with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Server updates performed by Delacroy staff
  • Works without internet access to the outside

Server

Windows Server 2019 or later, Microsoft SQL Server, 16 GB RAM. Delacroy specifies exact sizing based on machine count.

Machine signals

Digital I/O, OPC UA or direct PLC connection. Older machines connect via a simple signal box — no machine is too old.

Clients

Bzx21 runs on standard tablets and PCs on the factory network. Dashboards run on any screen with a browser.
